Private home
Welcome guests and couriers, then open the gate from home or your phone.
Welcome guests, speak to couriers and open the pedestrian gate from a monitor or phone, even when you are away. We install the video intercom, connect the electric lock and set everything up for use.
Choose a service and leave your phone number. We can confirm the rest by phone.
See who has arrived, answer the call and open the gate with one tap. We choose the right panel, screen or app and lock, then install the complete system.
We install video intercoms for homes, summer houses and small workplaces in Tallinn and Harju County.
Welcome guests and couriers, then open the gate from home or your phone.
View the gate and answer calls even when you are away.
Give staff PIN or card access and speak to arriving couriers.
An intercom and electric lock can often be added to a finished gate. We first check the post, lock and cable route.

A camera, microphone, speaker and call button let you speak to a visitor before releasing the gate. We choose the position and weather protection for the site.

A resident or employee can enter using an agreed PIN, card or key fob where the selected panel supports it. Access settings are handed over to the owner.

Answer guests, speak to couriers and open the gate. With a compatible system you can do it all from your phone, wherever you are.

Tap the button and the lock opens. After the visitor enters, the gate closes and locks again.
The photographs show outdoor panels, an indoor monitor and an electric strike installed on LuxAed projects. The exact equipment is selected for the site, required functions and budget.
See who is calling, speak to your guest and open the gate.
Tell the courier where to leave a delivery or open the gate while you are away.
Open the pedestrian gate from your phone with one tap. No need to run to the door or find a key.
Your phone can alert you when someone calls or a selected event happens at the entrance.
Review a snapshot, video clip or call history later if the selected system supports recording.
Add family members to the app or give them a PIN, card or key fob.
Features depend on the selected model. Phone control needs an internet connection. Recording needs a memory card, recorder or cloud service. If the gate must move by itself, we install a separate drive.
We install intercoms, video intercoms, access panels and electric pedestrian-gate locks for homes and small sites across Tallinn and Harju County. For a new fence we plan the cable route before finishing; for an existing gate we first inspect the structure, lock and electrical preparation.
A typical single-gate system with equipment, lock and standard installation is roughly €650–1,600 or more. The final price depends on the panel, number of monitors, mobile access, cable route, available power, lock type and any alteration to the existing gate. We confirm the total after inspection.
Send an overview, the gate post and lock, and the nearest power or network point. This helps us assess the likely solution before the site visit.
We inspect the cable route, power, network needs, gate frame, lock and closing action.
We fit the outdoor panel, indoor monitor or other control, power, cabling and electric lock to the agreed specification.
We test the call, image, release and relocking, then show you how to use the screen, PIN, card or supported mobile app.

A standard system remotely releases the electric lock. The visitor opens the pedestrian gate by hand, and a correctly adjusted closer can close it again. A gate that must physically move by motor needs a separate drive and safety system.
Yes, where the selected video intercom and app support it and the site has the required network connection. We confirm mobile support before ordering and configure access at handover.
Often yes. We first inspect the post, frame, existing lock, closing action, cable route and power. The gate may need adjustment or a modified lock mounting.
Yes, where the chosen panel or separate reader supports PIN, RFID card or key-fob access. We configure the agreed method and hand control to the owner.
A local indoor monitor may work without a cloud service, depending on the system. A mobile app and remote access normally require a stable internet or data connection.
That depends on the lock and power design. We agree the required fail-safe or fail-secure behaviour in advance and can specify backup power or retain a mechanical entry method where appropriate.
We select outdoor-rated panels and locking hardware and protect the connections during installation. Reliability also depends on the correct cable, power supply, gate mechanics and periodic checks.
Depending on the model, the system can save event snapshots or clips to a memory card, recorder or supported cloud service. Continuous recording needs a compatible camera, storage and configuration and is not standard on every intercom. We do not configure continuous audio recording as part of video surveillance.
If the panel supports motion or other event detection and recording is configured, the system may create an alert, snapshot or clip without a call. We set the detection area and sensitivity on site to reduce unwanted alerts.
The camera should be aimed mainly at your own entrance and property and must not record a neighbour's property. If a public or shared area is included, the system owner is responsible for a lawful basis, notice, privacy information and proportionate retention. We help narrow the field of view during setup.
Send an overview of the pedestrian gate, close-ups of the lock and post, the approximate distance to the house, and whether you want an indoor screen, mobile release, PIN or card. The address helps us assess travel and cabling.
Send gate photographs or call us.
We will check compatibility and propose one complete working system.
